  1. How do I care for my Mayumi Pads?

Washing your pads shouldn't be complicated, so we designed our products to be super easy to wash.

Step 1. Wash the pads before wearing for the first time for maximum absorbency during personal use.

Step 2. After use, rinse in cold water (<30°) until water runs clear.

Step 3. Wash in cold water (now or later) with mild detergent. Hand wash is great. Machine wash is okay.

Step 4. Hang to dry (preferably under the sun). 

Note: Don't use softener or bleach as this can decrease the absorbency of the underwear's natural fiber. Never machine dry or iron.

  1. What are the differences between Mayumi Pads Sizes?

Our 3-in-1 Set includes light flow pad (8 inches), moderate flow pad (11 inches), and heavy flow pad (12.5 inches). 

Our Regular Set includes 3 pieces of regular flow pads (9 inches). 

  1. Is it free of harmful chemicals?

Absolutely! We take our client's health and safety very seriously. This is why all of our products are made from safe and eco-friendly materials. 

Our Mayumi Pads are tested and approved under CE, US Public Law 110-314 or Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) and SGS. 

  1. Can this replace my usual routine or protection?

This will heavily depend on how heavy your flow is. You can mix and match our products to know what best suits you. 

  1. Where else can I use these reusable pads? 

Aside from the regular periods; pre-natal women, and women with conditions that lead to urinary incontinence, irregular menstruation, with postpartum discharge - are all proven to benefit from our Mayumi Pads.

  1. What is the lifespan of our Mayumi Pads?

Our pads can last up to 5 years or more if properly taken care of.
