 Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from receiving your product to request a return. After that, returns or refunds can’t be processed.

How to Return a Defective/Incomplete Item:

  1. Take a clear photo/video of the defect, the parcel (with waybill/tracking sticker), and packaging.
  2. Email customercare@herperiod.co with a brief explanation and attach the media.
  3. Once approved, return the item with all original contents.
  4. We’ll assess your return and notify you of the refund status.

Return Conditions:

- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Engraved, altered, or incomplete products won’t be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

Refunds:

- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

- Sale items are non-refundable.

- Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and transfer fees.
