1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders above PHP800.
If your area is UNDELIVERABLE via J&T Express, we can ship out via LBC. Cash-On-Delivery is not accepted, and the order/s must be paid through online gateways. The shipping fee of PHP200 is not covered and is to be paid on top of the product price.
2. Who is in charge of your logistics?
We are partnered with J&T Express. We do trust them in giving you the optimum delivery experience you deserve.
Once shipped out, they will be the ones who will call/text you (before or within the day of delivery); please make sure that your registered mobile phone is active.
3. How many times will they attempt to deliver my product?
Our delivery partner will attempt a delivery twice before considering your order as canceled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD. Once canceled without an acceptable reason, you will be tagged as a BOGUS BUYER.
4. How do I track my order?
Please email us at email@example.com for any delivery concerns. Provinces and remote areas, especially in Mindanao, can take up to 10-15 days to be delivered.
5. I received the wrong item.
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate action. Rest assured that we will do our best to maintain a positive shopping experience for you.
6. How many days should I receive my order?
Metro Manila: 2-5 Business Days
Provinces : 3-15 Business Days
NOTE: DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP LONGER AFTER CONFIRMATION DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS but rest assured that we are doing everything we can to speed up the process and deliver the product/s in mint condition.
7. How do you take care of your deliveries?
We conduct a seal check on every package. It is usually in a plastic pouch provided by our partner couriers. We regularly disinfect ourselves and our facilities before and after operations.
NOTE: Product/s may be damaged during shipment; hence, we are using corrugated boxes to maintain their integrity.
The use of plastic wraps are:
(a.) upon request (eg. for gifts),
(b.) for fragile/electronic items, and,
(c.) for products that cannot fit the courier’s indicated pouch
