1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders above PHP800. 

If your area is UNDELIVERABLE via J&T Express, we can ship out via LBC. Cash-On-Delivery is not accepted and the order/s must be paid through online gateways. Shipping fee of PHP150 is not covered and to be paid on top of the product price. 

2. Who is your delivery service?

We are partnered with J&T Express, we do trust them in giving you the maximum delivery experience you deserve. ONCE SHIPPED OUT, our courier will be the one who will call/text you (before or within the day of delivery), please make sure to have your registered mobile phone is active. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area.

3. How many times will they deliver my product?

Our delivery partner will attempt 2 times before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD. Once cancelled without an acceptable reason, you will be posted or tagged as BOGUS BUYER. 

4. How do I track my order?

Please email us at support@herbnbph.com for your order updates and tracking numbers. Provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take up to 10-15 days delivery time.

5. I was delivered the wrong item.

Please email us as soon as possible at customercare@herbnbph.com for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake.

6. Why my items are shipped out separately.

This is mainly due to our COD protocols, in which we strictly adhere to. But rest assured that shipping of all parcels are free of charge as long as the promo is still valid. 

7. How many days should I receive my order?

Metro Manila : 2-8 Business Days
Provinces : 3-15 Business Days

8. How do you take care of your deliveries?

We conduct a seal check on every package. It is usually in a plastic pouch provided by our partner couriers. We regularly disinfect ourselves and our facilities before and after operations. Each package is usually covered with bubble wrap just enough to protect our signature eco-friendly box. For extra precaution, we usually attach a "Fragile" sticker on the package just to avoid unnecessary tossing or mishandling by middle men.
